Salsa Scramble
Tofu sauteed in olive oil with nutitional yeast, oat milk, yellow mustard, salt and pepper.
Potatoes roasted with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
Roasted veggie and salsa.
Tortilla chips.
A fantastic breakfast!
