Mexican Hot Chocolate Snickerdoodles

My second selection from Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar! I had to substitute the maple syrup for agave syrup. I made a Mexican Chocolate pudding for Thanksgiving and these have that same theme, a bit of heat and a lot of chocolate sweetness. I also substituted the cayenne for Mexican chili spice (that is what I bought for the pudding!) It worked out very nicely. The heat started to build a few minutes after finishing a cookie.
